Finding Meaning Project
This channel is my way of exploring the big questions: Who are we? What really matters? How do we live with more love, presence, and freedom?
I draw from mindfulness, compassion, and non-duality, as well as the wisdom of traditions like Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism, and Sufism. Not to debate which one is “right,” but to notice the threads that run through them all, the reminders that we’re not separate, but part of one living whole.
Here you’ll find reflections, stories, and practices that I hope feel both grounding and inspiring. Sometimes poetic, sometimes practical, always with the aim of helping us live a little more kindly, and a little more awake.
If you’re curious about meaning, if you sense there’s more to life than the surface of things, you’re in the right place.
