Being a narcissistic abuse survivor myself, I have devoted my professional life to helping others understand narcissistic abuse and the dynamics of abusive relationships, break trauma bonds, and find their true purpose in the freedom of being present and grounded. My intension is to help my clients heal faster by learning how to let go of the past and future narratives along with emotional baggage attached to those narratives and live in the NOW.
