Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Platform
The Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Initiative is a collective effort, led by patients and supported by passionate volunteers, to disseminate information about pulmonary hypertension to the community. The team behind it is made up of members of the Alliance for Pulmonary Hypertension (AfPH), a Brussels-based non-profit patient organization, pulmonary hypertension patients, family members, friends and supporters. The project is self-funded, has minimal annual overheads and is run entirely by volunteers.
