I mainly share simple hand-stitching and mending projects — reusing old fabrics, giving new life to forgotten materials, and finding calm in every stitch.
Most of my work includes sashiko and visible mending, inspired by the wisdom of making the most of what we already have.
I’m not a teacher — just someone who enjoys quiet time with needle and thread.
I hope these small projects bring you peace and inspiration to create your own.

昔ながらの手仕事や手芸を自分の日常に活かせるように現代風にアレンジしつつ、趣味として自由な針仕事を楽しんでいます。
刺し子については、現在海外在住のため本格的な道具は揃いませんが、吉田英子さん、斉藤禮さん、宮崎恵美子さん、近藤陽絽子さん他の本を参考にして学んできました。お裁縫については昔の裁縫教科書、模様や図案については古い図案書、紋帳なども参考にしています。
日本語字幕を入れ始めたのは最近のため、古いものは自動翻訳や日本語字幕なしです。古い動画で扱った内容も、新たな動画であらためて取り上げ、日本語字幕もつけるようにしておりますので、何卒ご理解くださいませ。
