The Health Food and More You Tube channel has been created to complement a bricks and mortar Health Food and More, which is located in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland.
Health Food and More is a Herbal Medicine Clinic/Dispensary and Health Food Store at the heart of the Fife community and has been delivering natural medicines to the people of Fife for many years. The business is owned and run by Keren Brynes MacLean and a fantastic team of colleagues who passionately believe in living "the good life" or "a good life".
Keren has been a Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists since 1996 and brings a wealth of clinical experience to her practice. She is also a keen forager and loves to teach about natural remedies and wild foods in a fun and informative way.
