I am a professionally trained, former ballerina with decades of experience teaching and performing. My innovative barre method blends traditional ballet movements with elements of HIIT, yoga, and pilates for amazing results - but don’t worry! No ballet experience required! There are workouts for all levels of expertise (beginner through to advanced), duration (workouts from 15 minutes to 1 hr), and equipment-free options!
