Top Dog of the famous Dog Brothers stick fighting group shows you the techniques he used in real contact stick fights. From the basics of stick handling, footwork, range fighting and closing, Top Dog shows you how to prepare for a real fight. He will also interview fighters from the the stick world as well as those in MMA and BJJ so you can see the person outside of the ring and behind the training.
