About me
I’m originally from France but I’ve been living in Italy for 4 years now. I’ve been practicing for 5 years and teaching yoga for 3, I’m certified both in France (200 hours) and in Italy (250 hours).
Yoga has deeply transformed my life — it taught me to truly listen to myself, to breathe, and to live with more balance and presence.
My goal now is to share and spread this sense of well-being, guiding you on you own journey of physical and inner growth.
Through a mindful and progressive practice, I’ll help you reconnect with your strength, fluidity, and serenity — step by step. 🌸
