I am a weight-conscious, lactose intolerant foodie. I enjoy creating made-from-scratch Asian and baking recipes, and mostly dairy-free and refined sugar-free, using healthier choices of ingredients.
I also have a pair of itchy feet and I travel at least half of my time, that includes many leisure and golfing trips I made over the world.
I've accumulated many wonderful memories of the places I visited, the food and wines I savoured, the folks I met, the beautiful golf courses I played at, and different experiences I went through. Capturing these wonderful moments on camera is a great way for me to keep and share these memories.
