We are personal trainers who have been training a variety of people for over 10 years and I wanted to build a platform to make getting a work out easy and affordable. You don't need a crazy amount of money and Equipment to be healthy and that's what this is for. This is meant to be a "Add On" onto the Work outs and nutrition Program you already do. The one thing that stops success in my opinion is not knowing where your going. So I want you to time yourself doing the circuits, I want you to track the food you eat, I want you to know your present weight and have a goal in mind. The way to success is knowing where you want to end up and moving in that direction. So get the Basics, How much you eat (Calories), How much you burn in a day (Calories), Also how much you burn doing one of these work outs (Calories). Track these things and believe me you will start to understand more and more about the journey you are on.
