We are racing the Red Deer Sprint Course on July 24th, 2022. We wanted to make a fun video to get our clients excited, as they will be running with us. Eran, our one trainer, is more of a bodybuilder/Weightlifter and hasn't trained as much as he should have. So I put him through these drills to kick his butt into gear! Haha
