I’ve been a personal trainer since 2005, and during this time I’ve trained world champions, Commonwealth Games Gold Medalists, Australian champions, Mr and Ms Australia’s, fitness models, bodybuilders, figure athletes and even a former Prime Minister.
On this channel I'm not going to show you "how to" do anything...
Rather, "how I" have.
