Karnataka Govt Secretariat Training Institute
The Karnataka Government Secretariat Training Institute (STI) was founded in 1978.
Imparts training to in-service Officers & Officials of various Departments of the Karnataka Government Secretariat, Karnataka Legislatures and Karnataka Public Service Commission. Organizes foundation courses for newly recruited Section Officers, Assistants, Junior Assistants, Stenographers and Typists of Karnataka Government Secretariat. Holds training courses organized by the Government of India. Conducts training to Supervisory level Officer/Officials of field Departments.
The Institute is located on the 8th Floor of Vishweshwaraiah Mini Tower, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore. It is in close proximity to major landmarks such as Vidhana Soudha, Vikasa Soudha, and M.S. Buildings. The location is also conveniently near the Cubbon Park Metro Station and is within 3 kilometers of both the KSRTC Bus Stand and the Bangalore City Railway Station.
