Parkies Punch Back

Parkies Punch Back offers free online fitness workouts, standing and seated, for people with Parkinson’s disease.
Workouts include warm-up, strength training, punching/boxing, and stretching. Other elements in videos may include, balance work, neurobics (activities to challenge the brain), and quick movement work. I have some separate neurobics videos, so check them out.
Don't view exercise as something you need to do for an hour or longer to see results. Studies are consistently showing that more frequent exercise, 20-30 minutes, 5-7x a week, is just as, or, more beneficial, than exercising for an hour 2-4x a week. Even if you only get 10 minutes of arm and leg movement, you are getting blood flowing throughout your body.

Level 1 = new to exercise or exercise infrequently.
Level 2 = exercise a couple times a week
Level 3 = exercise frequently

Seated
Level 1 = Exercise infrequently, maybe 1-2x a week.
Level 2 = Exercise 3x a week or more.
