No hard-to-find ingredients, no complex techniques, no special equipment needed. You’ll definitely end up with a lip-smacking dish even if you’re a first-timer. If you’re an expert cook, you may find a different way to cook the same dish or discover new ingredients to throw in different flavours and colours. For the health conscious, I try best to limit the use of cooking oil and use cooking methods that preserve nutrients and yet bring out the flavour.
