Victor Scherb

A channel that is basically for my slideshows and videos, which often involves placing music in a new visual context that expands, transforms, or creates new levels of meaning. Basically, they are a way of turning often painful subjects in aesthetic objects, an exercise which personally find rewarding, and even useful. What you get out them is of course up to you, but my intent is to reveal (or at least approach truth) in way that will lead to greater understanding, sympathy, anyway d even help people relate to each other and the world around them. While some of the subjects or the photos are distressing to look at, my hope is that it will lead people to an empathy they never realized they had, which is frankly the only way I can see forward to a better world (you, of course, are free to disagree).
