We’re Carl, Charlie, and our newest little crew member, Lillia — a small family with big dreams of sailing, cooking, and exploring the world, one nautical mile (and delicious meal) at a time.

With Carl’s background as a trained chef, we believe in eating well — no matter how small the kitchen or remote the anchorage. Our goal is to show you how to enjoy great food and live simply, wherever you are.
One day, we plan to set off and sail around the UK... and eventually, the world. Until then, we’re learning, laughing, and sharing every step of the way.
