Alibis for Interaction
Alibis for Interaction is a conference for designers of experiences, meetings, interactions and events. Its particular focus is on the craft of designing participation: creating spaces, atmospheres, social rules and expectations that enable your customer, audience or citizen to take an active role.
Your business card probably doesn't say "experience design". You might work in culture, the public sector, or hospitality. You may design games, services, theme parks, or processes, be a facilitator or an event coordinator. Perhaps you curate art in galleries, talks at a conference or even worship. If you make interactive experiences for humans, this conference is for you.
This year's dates are Oct 2-3, 2014 in beautiful Landskrona, Sweden -- a 30 min train ride from Malmö or 50 minutes by direct train from Copenhagen airport. Pre-conference activities will start on the evening of Wed, Oct 1st for those arriving early! Tickets are available now on http://alibisforinteraction.com/signup/
