My name is Nic Laidlaw, I'm a holistic exercise and lifestyle coach from Sydney's northern beaches
I have a studio in Sydney, where we teach people movement as well as other simple principles to improves ones health and happiness
I have created a video platform because we would love to reach as many people as possible with these simple messages of health.
My goal is for people to be able to choose a clip and use it to implement a change or shift of any sort in their lives.
The content ranges from movement and mobility videos all the way to food, digestion and gut health related.
I have also interviewed a host of individuals from our community, in some way , shape or form they have helped to shape me into the man that I am today and I hope that they can inspire you as well.
