Back with another Climax remix!

I've been thinking about how Bianca City's theme would sound in F-Zero Climax's style for quite a while, but only now have I attempted to put it together.

As with my other Climax remixes, I tried to do the same thing that Kenji Hikita did by taking the original song and mixing it up to the point where you can still recognize it, but it sounds different enough from the original that you might as well call the similar parts a leitmotif.
