Today we are going to focus on the core and grip strength exercises using dumbbell. Your grip strength is one of the best ways to measure your strength levels and overall physical health. One of the first thing you'll notice when your health is compromised, the loss of your grip strength. Whether you have a pull up bar at home or variety dumbbells or kettlebells, you can use them in various ways to improve your grip strength. In this video we'll be working on few movements you can easily perform at home. And of course when we talk about grip strength, we can't miss core strength. They both work together. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles.
