This video has been developed by the Chinese/Mandarin community in NSW in partnership with the Chinese Australian Services Society (CASS) as part of the Embrace Project's CALD Community Engagement Project (CCEP).
This is the fourth and final video in a series of 4 community education videos co-designed to enhance the Chinese/Mandarin speaking community's understanding of mental health.
This video is presented in Mandarin with subtitles in simplified Chinese and English.
