I like this fight, Midbus has some interesting attacks.
Midbus is fairly simple, his only attack that is kinda difficult to deflect is his jumping one, you need to be react really fast and see if you need to hide in the shell or punch him the away.

About Challenge Medal:
Challenge Medal accessory is an accessory that gives a 50% increase for HP, DEF, SPEED and Coins earned, and a 150% increase for POW.
The earliest you can get it is after beating Cholesteroad's Green Shell challenge as soon as you defeat Scutlet and restore Bowser's flames.
In short: it is the "Hard Mode with perks" for this game.
