Hello! Today’s yoga class focussed on the feet, ankles and legs and building a Strong Foundation. Feel how your strong base helps you engage your core and align your posture.
There will will be a lot of focus on the often overlooked feet and ankles, then as we work up though the legs, we'll notice how attending to our foundation helps us engage the core, and align the spine so the whole body feels supported.
As always, we won't be rushing or forcing. We'll move slowly and intentionally, letting our strength come from a place of steadiness and breath.
As always, please listen to your body and take the variations that work best for you today.
