I discovered yoga 25 years ago in my mid-20s, and it has been my north star ever since—guiding me through life’s ups and downs and helping me find balance, resilience, and joy. Yoga is the practice I return to again and again for both physical strength and emotional wellbeing, and it has been my anchor in times of stress and anxiety. With a background in psychology and integrative nutrition, I design soothing, nourishing yoga practices that go beyond movement, integrating breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system and restore harmony to body and mind.
