Welcome to this Gratitude Yoga for the Body — a gentle 20 minute practice that invites you to slow down, move mindfully, and appreciate your body for all it does for you.
In this calming class, we explore the theme of gratitude through soft, nurturing movement. As you stretch, breathe, and connect with each part of your body, you’ll learn to to become aware of subtle sensations, release judgment, ease tension, and connect with your body with appreciation and care.
