Teachtoeach presents How to Extract Unique Value List by Using Formula in Excel in Hindi . In this video I am trying to teach you Formula to get unique Value in excel.

I know we have different option to get the unique names from the list. Like A) Remove duplicates option 2) Using Conditional formatting and so on but this formula is the best option.
Here we will using three 4 formula to get the desired output.

1) Index Formula : To fetch the value ., If both row_num and column_num parameters are used, the INDEX function returns the value in the cell at the intersection of the specified row and column.

2) Match Formula : The MATCH function searches for a specified item in a range of cells, and then returns the relative position of that item in the range.

3) CountIF Formula : The Excel COUNTIF Function - Returns the Number of Cells in a Range That Satisfy a Given Criteria

4) IF Error Formula : use function to trap and handle errors in a formula. Value is the argument that is checked for an error.

We are using above formulas then click CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER simultaneously because it is an array formula then we get the exact answer.
