Most of us, if not all, criticize and sometimes demean obese & overweight people.
Firstly, we don’t know what the circumstances of these people are
Secondly, these people themselves hate to be in that situation
Today's topic, is not to educate on how we approach those people, deal, accept them...but rather to stress on a behavior that we should avoid in order not to be in any overweight or obesity situation.
Did you know that in North America and in the last 10 years, obesity has multiplied 5 X & #1 reason is the easy access to fast & junk food?
When you reach an excess weight of 20 Kg over your normal weight, your hormones specifically the appetite hormones fall off the wagon.
You no longer have control over them
The Ghrelin (hunger hormone) starts to sky rocket & leptin (satiety) drops significantly.
Obese people reach a point that they don’t feel full anymore & they stay hungry, thus they keep on binging and what type of food do they mostly eat? Readymade, junk & fast food
My tip for you today is to cut down on junk food, if you eat once a day make it one every 2 or 3 days
If you eat twice a week, make it once a week
Enjoy your food, but keep in mind that enjoying your healthy body is the most enjoyablr thing in life!
