In this video, I will show you how to make amazingly soft and fluffy Brioche pull-apart rolls. This enriched dough contains butter and eggs resulting in a soft pillowy texture. It will melt in your mouth! This is the perfect side dish for any holiday feast. So, let's get started!

INGREDIENTS:
Whole milk (room temp) 45g
Whole eggs (room temp) 125g
Instant dry yeast 4g
Granulated sugar 22g
Salt 4g
All-purpose flour 125g
Bread flour 125g
Unsalted butter (room temp) 135g
**NOTES** You can switch to the paddle when incorporating the butter into the dough. Because this is a small batch, the dough hook may have difficulty mixing in the butter. Then switch back to the dough hook to finish the mixing process.
