Sandwich bread loaf in the Ninja Kitchen Foodi 15 in 1 using the "Prove" and then "Steam Bread" functions. It's really easy to prepare and the Ninja 15 in 1 does most of the work.

Ninja Foodi 15 in 1 Sandwich Bread

500 g strong white plain flour
7 g instant yeast
270 ml luke warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2.5 tbsp olive oil
1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, yeast, 270ml luke warm water, salt, sugar and olive oil.
2. Knead until a smooth dough forms. If the dough feels sticky to the touch, add extra flour, 1 tsp at a time. Shape the dough into a ball.
3. Add dough to Ninja Foodi bowl (on some baking paper do it doesn’t stick) and PROVE at 35°C for 60 minutes. The dough should roughly double in size.
4. Remove from bowl and knock back.
5. Add 250ml water to the pot and the trivet rack for the bread tin to sit on so that it’s not in the water.
6. Put the dough in Pullman tin with lid on and prove at 35°C for a further 50 minutes with the lid on.
7. Select STEAM BREAD, temperature 180°C and set time to 20 minutes. Make sure the valve is in the VENT position so the steam can escape.
At the end of the cooking time carefully remove the tin from the pot – you will need to use oven gloves.
8. Carefully slide the loaf out of the tin and leave it to cool down on a wire rack before slicing.
