Butter 130g (½ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Plain flour 165g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Ground Almond / Almond flour 35g (5 tablespoons)
Almond essence ½ teaspoon

Almond flakes (optional)

Almond topping:
Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Sugar 75g (¼ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Milk 80ml (⅓ cup)
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Plain Flour 25g (3 tablespoons)
Almond Flour 110g (1 cup)
Almond essence ½ teaspoon

Icing drip:
Powdered sugar ½ cup
Milk 1 tbsp

Measuring Cup size - 240ml
Baking pan inch 20x20 (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 minutes
