To pair your PM5 for the first time after you have assembled the StrengthErg, first turn your monitor on, and select ‘more options’ , then select ‘pair/unpair erglink’
Tap the ‘connect’ button on ErgLink. You should see the letters EGL followed by a string of numbers, select this on your monitor. Give the PM5 a moment to pair, once it is paired you will see a ‘link’ symbol at the top of your PM5.
To connect ErgData to ErgLink, open your app and select 'Connect to a Performance Monitor.'
Tap the ‘connect’ button on ErgLink. You should see the letters EGL followed by a string of numbers, select this in your app. Give the StrengthErg a moment to pair.
