Bench is going really well. hitting pretty heavy weights often with low amout of pain. gonna keep increasing slow and steady though. squats felt okay, deadlifts felt good for the first time in a long time. coach told me to increase carb intake the day before so i jag are a bunch of high carb density like pastries the day before and a few hours before my session. im gonne try to undershoot more on dl and get rpe prs, (moving weights fast)
