✨ Soya Kebab Recipe (Printable Version)
Ingredients
1 cup soya chunks
3–4 garlic pods
1 small piece ginger
1 green chilli
1 small onion
Fresh coriander (a handful)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1.5 tbsp besan (gram flour)
1.5 tbsp cornflour
Oil for shallow frying
Method
1. Boil the Soya:
Boil 1 cup soya chunks for 5–7 minutes. Drain completely and squeeze out all the water.
2. Prepare the Masala Mix:
In a chopper, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion, and coriander. Chop finely.
3. Chop the Soya:
In the same chopper, chop the boiled soya chunks.
4. Mix Everything:
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped soya and chopped masala mixture.
5. Add Dry Spices:
