Chest workout recorded 11/23/25. It was not my best, but it was a solid workout. I was 186lbs before the workout, 185.2 afterward.
I've been following a 10-week program loosely based on German Volume Training. I started out weighing 176lbs. The program consists of 4-5 exercises, with the 3rd exercise being 10x10. The surrounding exercises were broken into 3 phases:
3×15 (3 weeks)
3x10 (3 weeks)
3×5 (4 weeks)
I am not a bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman, etc. I'm just a guy who loves to lift weights
