Back workout recorded 01/07/26. I was very happy with how this workout went in terms of form and my pacing. I decided to slow the bulk down as I was getting too fat. I was 190.8lbs before the workout and 189.4lbs after.
I am following a 5-6 week Superset program (excluding legs). This is the first program designed for my bulk. My goal is to finish this program weighing about 200 - 205lbs.
I am not a bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman, etc. I'm just a guy who loves to lift weights
