Shoulder workout recorded 01/08/26. Good workout overall. Happy with my form and the way the weight moved. I decided to pump the brakes on my bulk - I was getting too fat too fast. I was 189.8lbs before the workout and 188lbs after.
I am following a 5-6 week Superset program (excluding legs). This is the first program designed for my bulk. My goal is to finish this program weighing about 200 - 205lbs.
I am not a bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman, etc. I'm just a guy who loves to lift weights
