Welcome to this 15 min yoga routine. This practice aims to help you improve your shoulder and upper back flexibility and is intended to be a class you can come back to again and again whenever you want to focus on flexibility.

You will need a yoga strap, belt or something similar for the opening sequence as we will be working with this prop to warm up.

This stretching sequence includes postures to mobilise the shoulders and upper back, as well as stretches for the pectoral muscles and trapezius.

The sequence is guided at a slow and steady pace to help you follow along and is intended for mixed levels, including options to make some of the more challenging poses, more accessible.
