Hello there! Try this soft, smooth and creamy cheesecake flan, (cheesecake and leche flan in 1) and i'm sure you're going to love it as much as we do.
Below is the list of ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 226 grams cream cheese of your choice
• 1 390 ml evaporated milk
• 1 325 ml condensed milk
• 6 egg yolks
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sugar for caramelizing
Bake for 45 mins at 350 C using baine marie method.
