-1/2 tsp salt
-3 tbl vinegar
-2 cups coconut milk
-1/4 cup sugar
-2 tbl egg substitute


White Bean Soup:
-2 cups white beans
-3 cups chopped potatoes
-3 chopped carrots
-1 tbl garlic
-1 can crushed tomatoes
-1 onion


Homemade Ketchup:
-6 oz tomato paste
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 cup white vinegar
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/4 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp salt
