It's hard to overstate how great this game was in its time. For my money, it's one of THE, if not THE best game based on a movie ever. It includes the main story from the movie, but also has its own strands of stories. It took the open world formula of Grand Theft Auto and inputted into a super hero adventure game. The web swinging gives you almost complete control and allows for creativity in your movement. Just moving around in Manhattan can be hours of fun, especially as you keep upgrading and unlocking new abilities. The open world was huge in its time. I absolutely love this game, and it's good to see that after all these years it's held up so well. The funny thing is that "The Amazing Spider-Man" game is basically an upgraded version of this game. If they would have done more to evolve the formula then it could have been an all-time classic.

We recorded this on the Dolphin Emulator at max settings. There are some graphical glitches here and there, but overall it looks MUCH better than it would look if we were to record from a Gamecube or PS2, so we think it's worth it. As always we used relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to create a fluid cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy!
