They'll survive longer refrigerated (or in liquid, like boba tea!) ...but left to dry on this delicate macaron shell, they'll shrink and shrivel within 12 hours. Eat 'em fast!
Yet ephemera is precious, and these merlot ganache-filled macs are a delectable bite...totally worth the effort.
