Instant Pot Spaghetti & Meatballs
Meatballs, or ground beef cooked & crumbled
1 Tbsp olive oil
Place olive oil in bottom of Instant Pot and set to ‘sauté’. After 2 minutes press ‘cancel’ . Add meatballs or ground beef.
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half
2 Tbsp olive oil, sprinkled on spaghetti
1 jar, 24 oz spaghetti sauce
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Add ingredients in order given. Place lid on & set top knob to ‘sealing’. Set to pressure cook for 9 minutes. When time is finished do a quick release.
Open Instant Pot & stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Let spaghetti sit for 5 minutes and it will absorb some of the liquid.
