ingredients:
Groundnut Oil 1 tsp
chana dal 1/2 cup
toor Dal 1/4 cup
urad dal 4 tbsp
coriander seeds 1/4 cup
red chili 15
black pepper 1 tsp
cumin seeds 3 tsp
roasted chana 2 tbsp
curry leaves 20 leaves
mustard Seeds 1 tsp
asafoetida 5 (1 inch compound)
dry ginger 1 inch
turmeric powder 1 tsp
roast golden and aromatic.
You can get 350 to 400 grams of sambar powder.
Store it in the air tight container.
you can use this sambar masala for poriyal, potato fry, Vatha kuzhambu etc...
