This 'small business' has spa facilities, heated pool, 3 bar areas (2 indoor, one outdoor complete with grilling station), tennis courts, ping-pong tables, gym and golfing green. Come on in and be treated well.

In order for this to function as a small business these are my suggested settings:
Entrance fees - one time
Price Modifier - +100%
Target customers:
Wealthy, Young Adult - Elder, 3 star celebrity - 5 star celebrity
Suggested activities:
Swim, play table games, Drink bar drinks, play physical games, do spa activities, work out, use hot tub, bathe and shower

If you have the Higher Business Activity Limit mod by LunarBritney you can add all of these activities
