Reverse Curls - Strongman Training Library
If you’re doing a lot of forearm work (wrist curls, etc), you need to balance everything out. Reverse Curls are a great way to do this.
We like an EZ curl bar, but you can use a straight bar. Rackable EZ curl bar works best.
You can grip with your thumbs or without, we actually like a thumbless grip better.
Grab the bar with a double overhand grip and curl away. Make sure you keep control on the down portion of the exercise, and keep your wrists tense and straight.
