Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that aids in stress reduction, tension relief, and relaxation while also improving flexibility. Props are incorporated as needed to find your shape and your “edge.” “Your edge” refers to the beginning point in each pose where you begin to feel a stretch in the target muscles. Longer holding periods gives us an opportunity to go deeper into the stretch, reaching the deep connective tissues.
