This gentle yoga for beginners focuses on slow movement, breathing, and mindful flow.
This class is perfect if you’re:
✔New to yoga
✔Feeling stiff or tight in the body
✔Looking for a gentle yoga flow rather than an intense workout
✔Wanting to build strength, balance, and awareness at a slow pace
In this session, we focus on linking breath with movement, improving mobility, and creating a sense of energised calm. Movements are simple, slow, and accessible — making this an ideal beginner yoga class or recovery-day practice.
✨ This Week’s Focus:
Transitioning from stillness to mindful motion. We bring the deep awareness cultivated in Weeks 1 & 2 (Yin Yoga) into gentle, strengthening movement.
