Energy Flow yoga classes (recorded from live) are dynamic, flowing Vinyasa yoga classes where we stretch, strengthen, and move with the breath to get the blood flowing a little bit. Class is meant to nourish the body, the breath, and the spirit. We generally include sun salutations, core, standing postures, and balancing poses. Options are generally given for many versions of postures, and we tend to attempt a challenge pose like Headstand, Handstand, Crow Pose, Wheel, or another inversion or arm balance. Everyone is welcome in this class, just ensure you take care of yourself and go at your own pace. In this class we work with the lower energy of the Winter Solstice season even as we try some more challenging postures.
