These Feel Good yoga classes (recorded from live) are gentle, supportive classes that are excellent for stretching and strengthening in a functional way. There are lots of options for people in all kinds of situations, including recovering from injury, beginning or getting back into a yoga practice, or simply keeping your body in strong, mobile condition for a long life with a healthy body. Today we work with some shoulder medicine including with a dowel or strap and move through the Heart Salutation, which is lovely for opening the chest and upper back.
